Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your purchased digital service or digital item must be unused, undownloaded, and unaccessed. No partial usage or content preview is allowed for full refund eligibility.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

All digital downloadable products and online creative services on our platform are exempt from returns and partial refunds once accessed or downloaded. The following items are non-refundable:
  • Downloadable original short video scripts
  • AI custom script generation services
  • AI image generation custom services
  • Opened, downloaded, or previewed digital files
  • Completed online creative service orders
To process a valid refund application, we require your official order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Partial Refund Situations

Only partial refunds will be granted under the following exclusive situations:
  • Unavailable platform system failure that prevents you from using purchased services completely
  • Severe content errors or invalid files provided by our platform that cannot be replaced or fixed
  • Any valid refund request submitted more than 30 days after purchase will not be approved for full refund

Refunds

Once your refund request is received, reviewed, and verified, we will send you an email to notify you of the review result, including approval or rejection of your refund application.
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your payment account transaction record again.
Then contact your payment platform or financial institution, as there may be official processing delays for fund posting.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced digital items and services are eligible for refund. All discounted sale items, promotional products, and special offer services are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only provide free replacement or remake services for defective, invalid, or error-containing digital products and services provided by our platform. If you need to apply for an exchange or remake, please send us an email at {email address} with your order details and problem description.

Gifts

If the digital item was marked as a gift during purchase and sent directly to the recipient, the recipient will receive equivalent gift credit for any valid refund. Once the refund application is confirmed, the gift credit will be issued officially.
If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, and the purchaser will be notified of the refund progress.

Shipping Returns

All products and services on our platform are digital virtual products with no physical shipping or delivery. No shipping fees, return shipping fees, or delivery-related costs will be generated.
